Thanks guys. It's a tough one for me, even though he lived an incredibly good life and died peacefully in his sleep. I was SO grateful for this). I truly loved the guy, he was our last line of defense protector of our family, as well as the people of Minneapolis. He had serious connections with the good guys and the bad ones, and brains. A formidable guy.
He was also an actor in the theatre when he was young, and a very good ametuer magician. he came to my kindergarden class in 1965 in his cop uniform and put on a magic show for the class, I still have friends remind me of it 40 years later. I was a superstar in school after that!
And David I, thanks. You have some of his good qualities, the humility and balls plus respect for people, he would have liked you and vice-versa.
