I won't dismiss parental influence, either, although when I was ten years old, I could, for the most part, formulate my own political theories about the world's goings on.

Nonetheless, children follow in our footsteps, don't they? And if we are to say "Bush is bad," "Bush causes war," "Bush wants to destroy the world," they'll invariably repeat that phraseology.

Of course, that isn't entirely the case, but some parents are completely biased as are the schools they send their children to, and the communities in which they live.

If that reporter wanted to flip the coin, he'd go to a community in support of Bush's policies. I wonder if he'd be surprised by a ten-year-old's emphatic support of Bush. If he was a responsible reporter, he'd find a ten-year-old Bush supporter; or better yet, a child who was undecided about Bush being right or wrong.

Same goes with OBL, btw.
