Oh wonderful, my agitiation just goes on! I never bothered to look - stupid I know. So are these mechanical switches - which I expected in the first place - adjustable, Bill? Or are they an R&R part?

I wonder if the parts store will take them back in exchange? Geez, I can't win for losing. Bill, any secret tips for the change out or is it a simple job? P.S. Thanks for the part number!
