[Porsche-O-Phile]

All the female pilots I've flown with (which include a couple of friends that were also pilots and/or CFIs, a former instructor of mine, a training Captain/check pilot and a few First Officers when I was Captain) have been quite good. Just as good as their male counterparts. There's no basis for gender bias in the cockpit. I think it's neither a strength nor a weakness. . . Well, maybe that "when you gotta' go" thing, but that's about it. Guys can always go into an empty gatorade bottle.
