My office/house is a long story.

The auction was a flop. Only 2 qualified buyers showed up. Definatly a sign of what is going on here in Port St. Lucie.

There are a record amount of homes on the market right now for a record amount of time.

Has the bubble started to leak? Definatly, as I have said in another real estate thread one of the biggest builders in town (happens to be my client) has not started a now home in 4 months. This is off from their usual 40 starts a month.

I paid 180K for my office/house and will be happy unloading it for 220k. 200K is looking more realistic.

No more time right now, more later.
