I am still learning as well. My temp is similar to yours, even after a good drive. I thought its a good thing for the temperature to be there. Before installing the new CDI unit my revs were fine. I am just thinking whether i have a fuel pump problem or even relay problem.
Have you checked all your oil breather pipes to see if they are in good condition.
