My stuff is supposed to be an example, not the end all be all...
For that matter I could take the time and offer a complete, trans, brake, SC kit.... hahahah but why.... if people have trouble with 2k... again... yea go upgrade, but why stop at a 951... jump into an aircooled or some such..
Lets talk about things, but lets keep to the concept of the SC and its strengths and weaknesses... adding boost, fuel, timing, etc... we covered the trans... its weak.. we disagree on how weak, use, age and abuse aside.
So... is the thread going to be about superchargers and boost... and performance numbers... and a show case of work... or do I just keep to my own forum and blog? That and 924.org of course....
The nature of some of the stuff in this thread is why I hate rennlist... so much negativity, at least percieved... instead of hey this could work but you need to do this...
I get... you need to tell the customers this... well goolly gee whiz ya think?
Thats what irritates me the assumptions that I am on here hocking something with no care or concern for my fellow man. Damn... where are all the guys I spend hours email just to teach them this stuff or tell them how to do it on their own, what to buy, how to mount it, etc... for free.
Sourcing examples... etc... I am trying to give to the damn community, not make a quick buck.
I can make money selling to the ricer crowd they love boost.... enough kids in my neck of the woods--- 10 minutes from Orlando Speedway and University is about the same UCF... plenty of action at the gas station... when the car was on the road they love it... pull up see that SC sitting in their... Hood has plexiglass window to show off the SC... like a computer... case.
Anyway... seems like a lot of grief, buisness advice, fix the thread, start another thread, you need to do this and that... advice is great... but damn... one would assume I am totally clueless... if you made a list of everything everyone has suggested I do.
