Wet Bikes!! Yep that was me, Now you have me tottaly baffled.
The "free" is the electricity to your home and not the actual ownership of the device. Regulation, yes this has been a very long process with many hoops jumped through thus far and jus a few little one left. note; that dam bizzarefun website is my friends ,and only hosting my space . in NO way assoc. with the novelty items.
