Reino,

A fundamental law of physics is :Energy may be converted from form to form but can neither be created or destroyed.
If you are talking about using a motor to accelerate a flywheel which will then help the motor overcome the mechanical drag of a generator, I hope you realize you will get less energy out of the thing than you put into it.
The energy loss occurs in several places:
1/ Losses converting electrical potential into mechanical within the motor. You will give up energy through friction in your bearings, inefficiencies within your conductors (even superconductors lose energy) and drag (although you could put the whole thing in a vacuum to reduce that somewhat)
2/ Frictional losses. I don't care if you use magenetic levitation (where are you going to get the power for that?) or air bearings (so much for your vacuum), anything spinning loses momentum. The earth is slowing down.
3/ Converting your mechanical energy back to electricity. Even if your generator was 99.9% efficient, driven by a motor which shares its efficiency, you have wasted energy.

I have a small flashlight which converts kinetic energy into electricity to light a small incandescent bulb. I am not disputing the fact it functions. However if you think any device of this nature can pull energy out of the cosmos, I sincerely hope you haven't wasted the money on tickets to go see this thing.

Hold the phone. I had another look at the link with what I suspect is your name at the bottom of the contact link. I don't feel as sorry for you now.
