If you are really looking to drop weight, how about some lightweight bucket seats? A good quality-to-price ratio choice seems to be the Corbeau Forza, a pair of which saves 75lbs over the stock seats. This is what I will be installing down the line.
Of course you could also do an AC delete, but you might need the cold air. I'm not sure where you live.
How do you like the Wilwood brakes? You know, those alone shave something like 8-12 pounds off each corner UNSPRUNG, and proportionally, one pound of unsprung weight is worth 10 pounds on the body.
