Let's see:
1. Invaded a country to find the mastermind of the worst attack on American soil in our history. FAILED.
2. Invaded another country illegally justifying the naked aggression with visions of mushroom clouds over New York City, then when no evidence of the nuclear capability were found, moved immediately to justifying the war crime as a invasion to liberate people. FAILED.
3. Supported and demanded the largest federal welfare increase in 40 years for the wealthiest cohort of Americans in the population, a program that isn't reaching those it was intended to reach and is costing more than projected. FAILED.
4. Signed into law a huge restriction on the 1st Amendment, Campaign Finance Reform, reducing freedom in America. FAILED.
5. Signed into law and is demanding an extension of the largest intrusion into the privacy of every American in US history, the Patriot Act. FAILED.
I could go on, but I think the point is well and truly made that G. W. Bush will not go down as the greatest president, not even a good president.
In fact Bush is working on moving into the top ten worst presidents, which may be his only success.
