Presuming (after a PPI) they are both in a healthy condition, I would say the most important difference between the two being the fact that the 964 comes without a solid roof. Next auto or manual.
Apart from that the differences are not dramatic.
So, you want wind in your hair or not ?
Automatic gear or manual ?
