I stop by my local welding shop from time to time. They almost always have a Miller unit that is used on display, just to show people how easy it is to weld. After a few months they sell the display unit, usually at a very good discount.

You might try checking around a few shops locally to see if they do this. You simply cannot go wrong with a Miller, especially if you get a good deal. They make welding so much easier and last forever when treated right.
