Is it one of those $25 tickets? Were you parked illeagally? Some people get all wound up over that stuff. Not me. If I do it and get caught, I pay up. Then again, it's been 9 years since my last ticket. Up to that point, I had PLENTY!
BTW, I have to ask. What's the deal with your plates?
