you actualy don't have to drill anything to run the power wire.. just cut a small hole ( or drill if you perfer) on the rubber plugs near the hood joint's That actualy lead's into the car kick panel and you should be able to carefully remove the carpet and run it to the back of the vehicle. As far as placement you shoudl have enuff room to lay it on its side with the powered woofer facign up and the pasive facing down and bolt/screw it down in the middle of the rear portion of the bucket seats. Or i guess you could use alot of velcrow. or zip ties somehow
