To be truly rich is to be able to buy anything on the planet, without worrying how to pay for it, again and again, until your sick of buying things, and you still don't have to worry about it. Its being at the point where your totally bored by money and anything to do with it and just want your life to mean something. Many rich people, like Bill Gates, are not worried about it as they have defined their role in life and just do not care about money anymore, but the likes of Ted Kennedy, Who have NO purpose in this world, are not really rich, they just have a lot of money and way to much sex and drugs to deal with reality. They try to take their troubles out on the productive members of society, like Bill Gates, and sink them to their low common denominator, of no life skunks.
