Hi:
I put 12 volts to the footwell blowers, and they both work. Yes, slowly narrowing it down.
I switched out the center consoles, again, no change.
All fuses are good.
As I mentioned earlier, initially, speed position 2 worked.
How often do the speed control resistors go bad?
And, in testing the main relay in the engine compartment, do I bench test it, or in the car?
