The relay we are talking about is on pg 971-3 in the Bentley - middle picture. This is the MAIN blower relay which is also necessary for the footwells. As well, as Mysterytrain pointed out, high speed also involves relay # 1 top picture.
You do have 2 red paddles don't you?
