When I was in Morgan City, LA last week for one of our movies, I had the pleasure of spending time with JohnCo and his g/f Julie who owns the only upscale cafe in Morgan City. John turned me on to louisianacrawfishman.com which sells spice mixes for Gumbo, Jumbalaya, Etoufee, Cajun Gravy, etc. I went on line and ordered a bunch of their mixes. 18 mixes for $40. I got them a few days ago, and let me tell you they are excellent. You have to add your own seafood, sausage, vegetables, they are only seasonings. As good, and maybe better than some of the local stuff I had. Check them out. They ship twice a week, and I got my order in 3 days.
