Thanks Johnco, yeah, I brought home six pounds of shrimp in a cooler with dry ice. Bought them right off the shrimp boat, and got some crawfish tails at Walmart, frozen, vacuum packed. They don't sell those at the Walmart supercenter out here! The apple sauce (moonshine) you can't smoke around, its very flammable! I'm cool for now. Doing the "Dancing Chicken" tonight with the cajun gravy mix and an opened can of beer stuck inside it tonight.
