Lets just look at some numbers for a moment. You've got a 2+ 2 seat(?!) vehicle, under 470kg, with a height of about 40 inches, a width of 50 inches and a total length of 11 1/2 feet. Granted, a 20 hp 2 cylinder turbo diesel doesn't take up a lot of room, neither does a low-torque 5-speed, but unless they've got the whole drivetrain packaged into something similar to the space taken up by a golf cart motor, I think the only market would be for folks under 5'-5".
I suspect their milage claims could be duplicated by anyone weighing 100 lbs or less, driving at 35 mph across a billiard table, while drafting behind a minivan.
Other than that, and the fact getting into the thing would be more than most folks would put up with, I kinda like it.
