That is mind-boggling.
It kinda looks like the crane arm bounced from the initial (glancing) impact, then rebounded (or the entire vehicle rocked back) punching through the roadbed. But what continued ripping the concrete all the way to the end? Did the etire vehicle keep going that far, then bounce back?
I'd love to see the accident analysis on ths one!
