Well here is a strange twist in events. I call the guy to tell him I typed up the bill of sale only to find out he and his wife decided to buy an '03 Four Winds for $17,600.
WHEW! Thank god I didn't end the auction. The boat is currently up to $18,850 with 19 hrs to go. That is about $2,500 higher than I expected. I listed it last summer and it only got up to $16,500 and didn't meet the reserve.
It's my lucky day.
