Log style manifold while not the best performer - should only cost a few hundred to make or have made

rebuild turbo - under 300, under 400 new for a T3 or under 500 for a t3/t4 hybrid.

oil lines and tap for oil supply - use braided lines and tap into oil pressure sender/oil filter relocator block. As for oil to pan - you have to tap pan - about 200 for everything. Of course you have to pull oil pan - nice time to add a crank scrapper and free up some power.

As for timing - custom chip is one option, others are MSD or similar boost timing controls.

You could for a little more money do a stand alone oil delivery system - using a electric oil pump - small tank and cooler. Talk about easy to do and no changes to engine block or oil system and no sharing heat between engine and turbo oil.

You can use a boost referenced fuel pump to increase fuel pressure under boost typical is 8:1 or 10:1 ratios increasing fuel pressure 8lbs or 10lbs per 1 psi.

Toss in a single or dual extra injectors depending on boost level and you are done.
