btw I am with Bell Mobility in Canada but my Blackberry use is in southeast US when I'm on the road.
The thing that separates Blackberry is the instant email. That is what I like. If I have cell service, I have email service. Lately, I have been telling my customers to email me, not phone. I keep it on vibrate, so I can ignore it when I'm in front of a customer but I'm aware it arrived. I always think the height of ignorance is taking a call when you are 'on'. Then when I hit the rental I can read & respond.
And I don't have to look for WiFi. Or go through the quirks that every hotel has.
It also syncs seemlessly via cradle with my contacts, calendar etc on my home based office computer.
But the web sucks on it.
