I used one of the plastic spacers from the 3.2 intake to outline the 3.2 I.D. and injection port difference. Then I went to work with my die grinder and stones to open up the 2.7 injection port and blend the two I.D.'s by increasing the bevel on the 2.7 head intake port to match the 3.2 I.D. This eliminated the sharp edges. Followed up with some buffing to smooth things out. Was a bit of work, but hopefully this will provide a smoother transition/airflow. This should be a great alternative to the modded CIS or carbs.
