Good Lord... 18 dead. Unbelievable. I went for the first time a few years ago and was shocked to see that it was just another Harley get-together. Stands at the speedway were empty for the races. Stayed at a cockroach infested, $hitbag hotel for $400 a night, 4 night minimum. Had to listen to middle-age, overweight, drunk *********s doing burnouts with their straight pipe Harleys all night around the pool. Guess the combination of shiny new Harleys, beer and no helmets does not mix too well.
