Brad has a pretty good reputation among the folks I know and I wouldnt hesitate at all to buy from him (or his stuff via Souk).

My rear valance/bumper was from Brad and was high quality (for fibreglass, which pretty much all fits more or less like socks on a chicken
)
Front valance/bumper I got used. Not sure the manufacturer.
