Shouldn't be that hard. I'm basically there at 1.1bar, which means you've just got to make about 20 to 30 more HP at 1.0 bar. A little more cam and a little more revs and you are there.
Of course you may want to consider that a little more boost is actually not as hard on the engine as RPMs.
