Wife: "Why cant you be happy with the one you have, you spend all day on the computer (pelican bbs) or working on the car. Put that laptop down and take me to dinner... Of course i want to go in the Porsche."

before the ride: "Take me for a ride Uncle Pete!"
after the ride: "(insert silence followed by a stuttering) Wow , thanks"
Son: (who could care less about cars) How long before we get home.
Dad: " I am real proud of you son, my vette cant do that (78 vette)"
Mom: "My God, How much did you pay for it?" followed by "Slowwww DOWN!!!!"
