I'm not sure how the sick day care only thing would work out. You can only have 4-5 children per attendant (for the little ones) and if its sick only how do you know how many nurses to schedule. Seems like you would either be overstaffed or turning children away.

Now the idea of a dual daycare that also takes care of the kids on sick days sounds good. At our daycare if they run a fever we have to pick them up immediately and they cannot come back until the fever has subsided for 24 hours.
