I managed to get the system put together and pressurized by jumping the fuel relay. As the entire system was void of fuel it took about 15 seconds to come up to head pressure. It made some unusual sounds as air purged from the lines and FD.
I'm proud to announce that after several test runs there are no leaks! I let the engine run till it came up to operating temp and everything appears fine
The mixture seems very rich now. I suspect that with all the crap removed from the system the actual volume of fuel is improved.
I didn't have time today to fine tune and make some power runs but tomorrow is another day.
