Chalabi is the guy that told Bush in the Oval Office that we would be greeted by Iraqis bearing candy and flowers. Then he went back to Iraq and was not exactly embraced by his people. Then he started collaborating with Iran and the US Government raided his offices and arrested him. Now I think he's in charge of the Iraqi Oil Ministry, and has been accused of stealing tens of millions of dollars.
Can't make this stuff up.
