It will depend on the CR, engine size, porting, fuel system as well as the cam timing. In general I would expect the peak HP to be about the same and at about the same engine speed. But the GE40's should make for a more flexible engine since I believe that they have less overlap. But these are based on looking at the specs. Camgrinder should be able to answer more definitively.

Can you provide some more information about your engine?
