I used to have a business where I - unfortunately - had to deal with RE agents on a daily basis. They are why I chose to get out of that business. They're worse than used car salesman because they're screwing people out of substantially more money. Today, I investigated some severe structural/mold problems in a house recently purchased by a naive young couple expecting twins and barely living pay check to pay check. The home was formerly owned by the real estate agent they bought it from ..... who conveniently arranged to have the home 'inspected' for them and neglected to disclose 10s of thousands of $$ in defects. They will probably file bankruptcy because they can't even afford an attorney. Right after this, I stopped for lunch and watched the video .... maybe I'm biased.
