Similar here, only mine was a returned Yamaha CDI to New Zealand, registered, return sig. request, Delivery Confirmation, etc., etc., etc. 'Been 6 weeks now...company says, "Not rec'd yet."
USPS says it could take up to 2 months to trace it and if not found then they'll let me fill out a form for the $138.
Then another huge gob of time for that to be processed.

Bought a set of OEM key blanks for my Jeep on eBay...sent w/a Del. Confim. Number.
Tracking says it arrived here in town but was not scanned at my door.
I never rec'd it. I called my local postmaster lady, get this...her first response, "Why don't you contact the selling company and ask for a free replacement. A lot of times they'll do that." Unreal!!!
The USPS is loaded w/dope-asses, I swear.
I worked for 9 yrs. for the Fed. Gov't, in avionics, I come from experience.
