I rode a 900 a couple years back when they first came out. Not a bad bike, but I was disappointed by the motor (and isn't that the most important part of a bike?). Off idle, it sounded like one of those Autopia cars at Disneyland. It came onto cam around 4K, sounding like an angry HD motor (a good thing). But at 6K--just when things were getting interesting--it hit redline and that was the end of the fun. Definitely
not the type of powerband you're used to, coming from a Speed Four (not a good thing).
