Unfortunately so, I think U bought at or near the top of the market....now I bought this 3700 single story house back in May 2003...for 350K....and after I sued the fking builder I got a 150K settlement...which brings cost basis of the house down to 200K...I did 45K in preventative repair...expansive soil out here in NW LV is a bit[h. So the house is worth about 665K..figure the math being single....if I sell....
