My FA worked for Eastern back in the fun times.
She tells us some stories from time to time. Said that on most flights back in the '70's the crew would get on board and the three most senior stews would go up front to survey the pilots. While up there they would tell the guys right up front "you are mine tonight" and if they did not say no (being married etc) then it was a done deal...
Now they just hit you with a lawsuit...
