Sure, the "higher power" of the voters in his district. That's the beautiful thing about democracy. There are plenty of hiccups, and I think history will judge the last 10 years as an aberration of extraordinarily brazen Washington greed and corruption, but eventually the ship of state settles itself.
DeLay out the door and hopefully into prison is part of the process of returning to normalcy and, one hopes, higher ethical standards.
