Very nice article. Your wife is quite skilled in the art of writing. I paticularly liked the way she draws out the readers imagination with the comments like

" Her twin cylinders ("Jugs he calls them") silently mocking me. Compete with this they seem to say, laying down the proverbial guantlet. "

And it would appear that she embraces your need for hobbies or she wouldn't be involved enough to bother writing an article for O.N.
