Aieee! I broke my hand years ago and had to have pins put in. The fun part was taking them
out - the doctor made a small incision, put some gauze around it, then reached in and yanked them out, like pulling nails from a tire. While I watched, un-medicated.
I tore my ACL a couple weeks ago, playing volleyball, so I'm also on the injured reserve list. I already had this one reconstructed in '99. Looks like there won't be much of a track season for me
