Figure about $1500 for the clutch, $700 for the brake service, and $600 for the 60K = around $3000.
None of these things is particularly difficult to do yourself on the Boxster, and you're talking about $900 for all the parts. I did the 30K maintenance myself, and it cost me around $130 in parts. The 60K requires a new fuel filter and poly-rib belt, which add maybe another $100.
Brakes are as easy to do as old 911s - pop out the pads, pull off the rotors, etc. Clutch is a little tricky, but all you really have to do is take off the rear bumper, the muffler, and drop the transmission.
