We had a dick around here in the late 1960s that thought he was the power incarnate. He even broke the municipal garbage truck drivers balls. He messed with the many municipal workers and once stopped me in a water plant truck and asked for license and registration. The city truck didn't have anything close to a registration or insurance and he knew that.

Anyway the preferred sleep joint was under the water tower for the local PD and nobody gave a $hiit as this place is one of those hidden hick places with everybody knowing everybody for generations. Anyway I catch dick head doing his midnignt-8am snooze during a 15F winter night. I purposely overfill the water tank so it's running over the top blow off vent onto his car. It's raining 500gal/min on his car in immediately freezing water weather. Impossible to run away without being drenched. He's forced to pull up to HQ with the cruiser looking like an ice cube complete with frozen doors etc.

Everybody know what happened to him and it was an ongoing joke among the PD ++ for years.
