according to the tomcat forum ,they actually refused to let any russian near the tomcats
i'm not saying the IRAF will beat the snot out of whatever you guys send in , and win flat out ,
i'm just commenting on your statement that they have nobody to maintain their hardware, which doesn't seem that accurate to me
