I test drove 97' a year ago at Rocky Mountain Autosport.
I had the car all day in about a 65 degree afternoon. The temp inside the car did not get overly warm. The wind noise when the top was closed...was noisy enough for me to think coupe....
As for rigidity, the targa is a cab with the targa roof.
