What torque value did you use? Overtightening is as bad as than under tightening. Also, have you checked your rockers? I'm going brain dead here, but if the pin the rockers ride on is not properly installed or if they have worked loose then they will leak oil and it can come out from the same location. Please don't ask how I know...
