Keep in mind that most of what you read in the paper is drivel . Stern, like him or hate him draws huge numbers. Sirius was lagging far behind XM before the Stern announcement. Sirius brought on almost three million new subscribers when they announced Stern was moving there. They then added another 1.5 million after he got there. Keeep in mind as well that you are asking these people to pay $13 a month as well as the hardware. In any world this has to be a huge victory for Sirius. For anyone to say he only was able to draw a third of his listeners and say this was a failure...please. This reeks of typical anti-Stern blather. And the CBS lawsuit? You have to read both sides of the story before you can post an honest opinion. If you will do so, you would find a lawsuit that has no merit and reeks of sour grapes.
The guy just puts out a radio show. And a very popular one at that. Whether you like the content or not is up to you. Thats the great thing about sat radio. You don't have to buy it. It's about choice. Anyone who tries to forcefully limit that choice due to there own one sided views is misguided and just plain wrong. And yeah, I bought Sirius just because of Howard Stern and I'm proud that I was able to make the choice. Prouder still that I can still make that choice and not be told I can't by a certain narrow minded minority. But thanks for your "opinion just the same.
My antenna is mount on the dash, right side with a tiny amount of double sided tape. Works fine.
