Ouch!
I asked the orthopedic surg to take em out. Had a scare over Christmas holiday where I couldn't point my toe, literally wouldnt' move beyond roughly 90 degrees. Figured it was caused by a tendon catching on the metal. That and too much general aching & pain.
Been out 2 months now, I never would have believed it would feel this much better.
Whats with the bolt?
