Try shooting under brighter light, and hold the camera steadier. The time its spending recording is long enough its not getting a crips image, the more the camera shakes, the bigger the problem.
Observe how this picture is slightly fuzzy, even with how dark it is outside. I had the camera rested on a railing, reducing the shake.
This is shot in daylight, shorter time to take the picture, much crisper.
